You can switch between the levels by pressing the control button once. You can also use the device in vibration mode. Well I'm 44 years old with already sagging skin across my jaw line. I saw visible lifting results after the first use around my eyebrow area. I use the device on first intensity level across my face and on second intensity on my forehead.The sensation on 3rd intensity level is unpleasant.
